Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: August 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of a Revorr account and all associated data, and what happens after the request is submitted.
1. How to Request Deletion
Revorr does not currently offer a self-service delete button, so deletion requests are handled by email:
- Send an email to legal@revorr.com from the email address registered on the account — this is how we verify ownership.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the workspace or business name and, if you want only a specific integration removed rather than the whole account, name that integration.
- We reply confirming receipt, and confirm again once deletion is complete.
2. What We Delete
- Account and user profile: name, email, mobile number, and workspace and branch records.
- Connected social and review-platform integrations, including the encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, scopes, and external account and location identifiers Revorr stores for them.
- Reviews, review responses, and social mentions ingested for the business, along with their sentiment and aspect analysis.
- Campaigns, contact lists, contacts, and messaging conversation history.
- AI usage records and generated response drafts.
- Audit and activity logs tied to the account.
3. Meta and Instagram Data Specifically
Meta and Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted. When you disconnect a Meta or Instagram integration, or when your account is deleted, we remove the stored connection record — including the encrypted access and refresh tokens Revorr holds for that account — so Revorr can no longer call the Meta Graph API on your behalf. You can also independently revoke Revorr's access at any time from Facebook Settings → "Apps and Websites", or from the Instagram app's linked-accounts settings.
4. What We Keep, and Why
- Billing and invoice records (invoices, orders, transactions, subscription history) retained to meet Saudi tax and commercial-records obligations, then deleted once that obligation lapses.
- Do-not-contact / opt-out records, retained so a person who unsubscribed is never re-contacted if the business signs up again.
- Anonymised aggregate statistics that carry no identifiers and cannot be linked back to a person or business.
As a general rule, operational records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer statutory obligation applies.
5. How Long It Takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request; the account is deactivated as soon as the request is verified.
