Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Revorr platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any associated policies. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that business to these terms. These Terms are governed by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations.

2. Service Description

Revorr provides a comprehensive business reputation management platform including: multi-platform review monitoring, AI-powered automated response generation, sentiment analysis, and key performance indicator tracking. The service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) under defined subscription plans.

3. Subscription and Payments

The service includes a 3-month free trial. After the trial period ends:

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Fees are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Subscription fees paid are non-refundable after a billing cycle has started.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with no less than 30 days prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

• Posting fake, misleading reviews, or impersonating others.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data.
• Abusing the API or exceeding rate limits.
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Revorr owns all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, its software, and its trademarks. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for internal business purposes only. Ownership of your business data and content you upload to the Platform remains with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or lost profits.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings panel. Upon cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current billing cycle. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these terms. After 30 days from subscription cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes arising from them shall be resolved before the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For legal inquiries or disputes, please contact us at legal@revorr.com.
