Revorr ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by Royal Decree No. M/19 and its implementing regulations, as well as guidelines issued by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use the Revorr platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data: full name, email address, and mobile number.
  • Business data: business name, address, and business category.
  • Usage data: login logs, platform activity, and preference settings.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
  • Review data: public ratings available on connected third-party platforms.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing platform services and managing your account.
  • Improving and developing service quality on an ongoing basis.
  • Sending operational notifications and necessary updates.
  • Complying with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Fraud detection and platform security protection.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for account recovery purposes, then securely and permanently deleted unless Saudi law requires longer retention. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at legal@revorr.com.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud infrastructure), under contracts that bind them to Saudi data protection standards. Data may be disclosed to competent government authorities when required by law.

Under the PDPL, you have the following rights:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data subject to legal limitations.
  • Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
  • Request data portability to another service provider.
